Danske Grafikeres Hus

‘Incrementum’ - Solo show at Danske Grafikeres Hus, Copenhagen.

The exhibtion comprises prints, drawings and ceramic sculptures inspired by her ongoing collaboration with the plant scientist Dr Sebastian Schornack from Sainsbury Laboratory Cambridge University. His research on immunity and mutually beneficial relationships in the plant world, and her fascination with flora and fauna explore ideas of visual connection between plant forms and bodily organs and the idea of ‘living breathing organisms’. Her work reflects on the fragility and resilience of ecosystems and human life, and the notion of interconnectedness is investigated through form, shape and surface.

The exhibition is open from 21st July - 13th August with special event on the 12th August between 13.00-15.00.
